(90 min) Inner Child Healing Session

Service Description

During ICH sessions, participants are guided through a series of journaling topics, and questions to help them to identify any childhood wounds, shadows, or patterns that may need to be released. We will unpack and reflect on these shadows and talk about healing from the past and returning to the playful innocence of the inner child. Sessions also included a guided meditation and energy clearing. 90 min Sessions include a short sound healing portion at the end.
